Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?


For our residential clients, unless you have some specific products you want us to use, we will provide all the cleaning products. For our commerical clients, we request that you provide the equipment needed for buffering, waxing, and cleaning floors.




Do you wash windows?


Yes! We are happy to wash your windows. Please inquire for pricing.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.




I work from home. Can you be as quiet as possible while cleaning?


Absolutely. We understand that there are many situations that we need to work around. We will do our best to provide the best clean as possible while respecting your work boundaries. We will communicate before vacuuming or making any excessive noise.




Will you offer same-day cleaning?


Yes, this is possible on days that we have available. Reach out in advance to discuss our schedule.




Will you offer free estimates?


We price based on the square footage of your space and cleaning requirements. We will be happy to view your home or business to provide a quote.

Payments Accepted

Cheque, Cash, or etransfer accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made 24hrs before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost of the clean.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want our clients to be happy. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will return free of charge to correct any issues.
